We'll take care of the planning, communication and coordination, allowing you to enjoy the journey while feeling confident that every detail is under control.
Throughout your planning experience, we'll guide you through budgets, timelines, vendor recommendations, logistics and decision-making, while being there to answer questions and provide support every step of the way. On your wedding day, we'll be behind the scenes ensuring everything runs seamlessly so you can simply enjoy every moment.
Includes: Unlimited planning support, vendor guidance, budget assistance, timeline creation, digital planning resources, wedding rehearsal coordination and full wedding day coordination.
THE PLANNING PARTNER

Perfect for couples who want to plan their own wedding but would love an experienced planner by their side. The Planning Partner provides expert advice, recommendations and ongoing support throughout your planning journey without taking over the process completely.
We'll help you stay organised, answer your questions, provide trusted vendor recommendations and ensure your plans are coming together smoothly. You'll still enjoy planning your wedding yourself, but with the reassurance that professional guidance is only a phone call or email away.

ON THE DAY COORDINATION

After months of planning, you deserve to relax and soak up every moment without worrying about schedules, suppliers or unexpected hiccups. On The Day Coordination allows you, your family and your bridal party to be fully present while we manage everything behind the scenes.
From coordinating vendor arrivals and keeping the day running on schedule to handling any last-minute issues, we'll ensure your plans are brought to life exactly as you've envisioned. You can focus on making memories while we take care of the logistics.
Includes: Final planning meeting, supplier confirmations, detailed run sheet, ceremony and reception coordination, up to 10 hours on-site and emergency kit.

THE SET-UP CREW
You've carefully planned how you want your wedding to look, and now you need someone to put it all together. The Set-Up Crew is perfect for couples who don't require a stylist but want a trusted team to set up their ceremony and reception exactly as they've planned.
We'll follow your instructions, liaise with your suppliers where required and ensure every detail is in place before your guests arrive. At the end of the night, we can also pack everything away, allowing you and your loved ones to simply enjoy the celebration.
Includes: Ceremony and reception setup, décor placement, signage, guestbook and gift table setup, supplier coordination and optional pack-down service.
THE DIY COUPLE KICKSTARTER

In partnership with a selection of trusted local wedding professionals, this package will include the essentials for a seamless ceremony, including a celebrant, photographer, hair and makeup, florals, a beautiful ceremony location, and professional coordination by Every Moment Co. After your ceremony, you'll have time to enjoy a relaxed bridal portrait session while we ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
