How It Works

Hiring from Every Moment Co. is simple. Submit an online enquiry with the items you'd like to hire, and we'll email you a personalised quote. To secure your booking, payment of the hire fee and a refundable security bond is required. We'll arrange delivery of your hire items prior to your event and collect them once they've been used. After collection, we'll inspect each item and, provided everything is returned in its original condition, your security bond will be refunded. Please note that if any item is damaged, lost or not returned, the security bond will be forfeited to cover the cost of repair or replacement.

If you need more than our advertised quantity, please let us know - We may be able to purchase more to meet your hire needs.
Additionally, if there is something that you are looking to hire that we we do not offer, please contact us to see if we can source it for you.
